New Identity
The association's name is changed from ComTest.PT to PSTQB - Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software(Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board)
On March 10th 2010, COMTEST.PT - PORTUGUESE SOFTWARE TESTING ASSOCIATION was born

On November 9th 2010, in partnership with IDC, the first national meeting of the testing community was held. It was attended by 167 people in a total of 211 registered participants. With the sponsorship of 7 companies, besides IDC itself, and with the support of Semana Informática, this event was considered the first Testing Portugal Conference.
On October 15th 2010, COMTEST.PT was recognized by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board®.
On February 28th 2011, the name of the Association was changed from COMTEST.PT to PSTQB - Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software (Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board)
On March 11th 2011, PSTQB was represented for the first time at an ISTQB® General Assembly. The meeting was held in Prague, Czech Republic.
On March 29th 2011, the first Test Our Coffee: The theme was "Test Automation" and the speaker Fernando Esteves Costa, a CGD's employee and one of the founding members of PSTQB.
In the first quarter of 2011 the first exams are held under the canopy of the PSTQB in partnership with iSQI. There were 6 exams: 2 Foundation and 4 Advanced Level exams.
On March 7th 2013, PSTQB held its first ISTQB® CT Foundation Level, in Portuguese.
In March 2014, Patricia Alves was appointed Vice-Chair of the Examination Working Group of ISTQB®.
In May 2014, Filipe Carlos was appointed Vice-Chair of the Audit Working Group of ISTQB®.
Held on November 19th 2019, the 10th edition of the largest Software Testing conference in Portugal took place in Lisbon at the Altis Grand Hotel.
Patricia Alves was appointed Governance Officer of ISTQB® in August 2019.
Filipe Carlos co-authored the first ISTQB® White Paper, released in March 2019, under the theme "The Vision on the Future of Software Testing".
In May 2022, Filipe Carlos was appointed Chair of the Process Management & Compliance Working Group of the ISTQB®.
