Election Results Suspended Due to Software Problem

In the United States of America, the results of the Kane County, Illinois primary election were completely paralyzed last Tuesday due to problems in the software system.

Kane County Republican Party Chairman Kenneth Shepro said in a statement that election officials informed him that a bug was at the root of the problem. "Hart InterCivic technicians are working to correct the problem," the US politician said.

The results are frozen for more than one hour.
