Time Management in the Age of Disruption
This session is based on a real experience.
In the past, I would start several tasks during a single day and, at the end of that day, none of them would have been completed! There were too many interruptions during the day, too many people asking for urgent answers and, inevitably, too much pressure in a stressful environment that was becoming more and more frequent. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to attend a training course called "Unstoppable Time" in July 2023 and today I can say that I am a completely different professional. Time management cannot be the same as it was 10 years ago. The world has changed and we need to adapt.
Thebenefit of this session will be (only) to share my experience. It may work (or not) depending on your personal characteristics. But it will certainly give you food for thought and I will touch many professionals in the same way that I have touched many colleagues within my company.

Filipe Nuno Carlos
Filipe Nuno Carlos launched his own business project in 2006, which materialized in the WinTrust brand, focused on the niche market of software testing and certification, which later became part of the InnoWave group.
Later, in 2010, Filipe Nuno Carlos became a founding member of the PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Associationassuming the role of President until March 2016. In the ISTQB® world, he is a certified professional, an accredited trainer and the head of a Working Group. His international involvement is also marked by his presence as a speaker at conferences. Throughout his career he has also collaborated with some universities as a guest lecturer, namely Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade Lusófona and Universidade Católica, teaching some subjects in the Executive and MBA Programs.
In 2024 it launched a new brand: WinTrust.Academy. This brand complements InnoWave's offer, which is focused on large accounts, with an offer that is focused on SMEs, thus promoting the productization of services and training actions.
