Usability Testing
Usability testing is the most powerful methodology available to a UX professional. They make it possible to discover, quickly and in detail, the usability problems that most impact the user experience. When used systematically, usability tests are an essential component of quality, maximizing the value of solutions for the business and guaranteeing user satisfaction.

João Rodrigues is a User Experience specialist and leader of the Business Design team at Axians.
With over 20 years' experience in the design and development of business solutions, he uses user-centered design methodologies on a daily basis to deliver the right solutions for the business, with the best user experience. In terms of training, he has conducted several courses on design methodologies for teams and promoted the dissemination of Design Thinking practices in organizations. He has a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and certification in UX from the Nielsen Norman Group.
