The personal data collected here allows PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board to initiate the application process for the ISTQB® Certification Exam.

Regarding the collection, processing and treatment of data:

3. I AUTHORIZE, within the scope of the Certification process requested through this Registration Form, the sharing of personal data with the following partner Entities.

   3.2. ProctorExam Platform: Full name, e-mail address, level of exam to be taken, date and time of the certification exam;

   3.3. ISTQB® Successful Candidate Register (S.C.R.) Platform: Full name, level of exam taken, date of certification exam and certificate control number.

4. It should be noted that the purposes listed here will not be the only ones, and others may derive from them as far as possible. If there is a new purpose independent of the previous ones PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board will inform the data subject on a case-by-case basis at the time the personal data is collected.
   
   
5. As part of the legal obligation to PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board is subject, your personal data may be shared with Police, Judicial, Tax and/or Regulatory Entities.

1. Candidates must submit this application form no later than 15 days before the intended date of the exam. Forms sent after this deadline may not be accepted;

2. The minimum number of candidates per exam is 5. The maximum number will be dictated by the conditions of the room and the invigilator;

3. The Requesting Entity or Candidate must pay for the Exam(s) no later than 5 days before the date of the Exam. Otherwise PSTQB may refuse to take the Exam and/or release the results of the Exam until payment has been made and confirmed;

4. Cancellations can be made up to a maximum of 10 days before the Exam date;

5. In the event of cancellation after payment, the Candidate will be able to take the Exam on a new date to be designated according to the availability of the PSTQB;

6. Repeat exams are paid for at the same price as the exam. If you miss an exam, it is not considered a repeat, but a new appointment;

7. Whenever the Candidate is unable to attend the Exam, he/she must give notice no later than 5 working days before the date of the Exam.
If this is the case, you have the obligation to justify your absence and the right to take the Exam on a new date to be designated by the PSTQB;

8. If the Candidate does not give notice within this period and is absent on the date of the Exam, he/she will be considered absent and will have 5 days to present a valid excuse. If there is no justification, you will have to re-register and make a new payment.
