According to the manufacturer itself, the problem would be triggered by contact with a specific plug connector within the electric traction system, making it impossible for the driver to receive any warning before the error had already occurred, through various messages on the instrument panel. At the moment, the German giant is not aware of any accidents resulting from this problem.
