These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between the PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board<\/strong>, with registered office at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Rua Dr. Roberto Frias, s\/n, 4200-465 Paranhos, Porto, with correspondence address at Av.\u00aa Infante D. Henrique, 311, Edif\u00edcio Espazo, 1950-421 Lisboa, Tax Identification Number (N.I.P.C.) PT 509 326 781 and contact +351 211 935 548, hereinafter referred to indifferently as \"Association<\/strong>\" or \"PSTQB<\/strong>\" e users<\/strong> from the site www.pstqb.pt<\/a>hereinafter referred to indifferently as \"Users<\/strong>\" or \"User<\/strong>\".<\/p>

2. 1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary to User<\/strong> on how to order, sell, pay for and provide the service, on the official website of the PSTQB<\/strong>;<\/p>

2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary for the User<\/strong> pay for all services purchased;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

ARTICLE 2

1. O User<\/strong> select the service you wish to purchase (e.g. Certification Exam, Member Registration), fill in the relevant form and then pay using one of the options provided;<\/p>

2. To purchase the services provided by PSTQB<\/strong>, o User<\/strong> should:<\/p>

a) To register as a Member:<\/p>

  1. Go to the corresponding tab (Members);<\/span><\/li>
  2. Select one of the available registration methods;<\/li>
  3. Fill in all the required fields;<\/li>
  4. Complete all the information and choose the options that are made available to you during the checkout process, including all the tax data for the purposes of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.<\/li>

    b) For registration as a Candidate for an ISTQB\u00ae Certification level (ISTQB\u00ae Certification Exam):<\/span><\/p>

    1. Go to the corresponding tab (Certifications);<\/li>
    2. Select the level of ISTQB\u00ae Certification you wish to achieve;<\/li>
    3. Fill in all the required fields;<\/li>
    4. Complete all the information and choose the options that are made available to you during the checkout process, including all the tax data for the purposes of issuing and sending the respective invoice and receipt.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Final confirmation of the order by User<\/strong> equates to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale.<\/p>

      4. A PSTQB<\/strong> undertakes to handle all orders received online diligently. If the service is not available to PSTQB<\/strong>undertakes to inform the User<\/strong> as soon as possible.<\/p>

      5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User<\/strong>. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.<\/p>

      1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board<\/strong> The request must be sent in writing to the contact e-mail address info@pstqb.pt<\/a>within 5 days of placing the order, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid will be answered and defined by PSTQB<\/strong>by the same means of communication.<\/p>

      2. Whenever possible, the return should be made by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the return to be made by Bank Transfer.<\/p>
