This session is based on a real experience.<\/p>\n

In the past, I would start several tasks during a single day and, at the end of that day, none of them would have been completed! There were too many interruptions during the day, too many people asking for urgent answers and, inevitably, too much pressure in a stressful environment that was becoming more and more frequent. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to attend a training course called \"Unstoppable Time\" in July 2023 and today I can say that I am a completely different professional. Time management cannot be the same as it was 10 years ago. The world has changed and we need to adapt.

The benefit of this session will be (only) to share my experience. It may work (or not) depending on your personal characteristics. Filipe Nuno Carlos launched his own business project in 2006, which materialized in the WinTrust brand, focused on the niche market of testing and certifying customized software. software<\/em>, who later joined the group InnoWave.<\/p>

Later, in 2010, Filipe Nuno Carlos became a founding member of the PSTQB - Portuguese Software Testing Qualifications Board<\/strong><\/span>He was President until March 2016. In the ISTQB\u00ae world, he is a certified professional, accredited trainer and responsible for a Working Group. His international involvement is also marked by his presence as a speaker at conferences. Throughout his career he has also collaborated with some universities as a guest lecturer, namely Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico, Universidade Lus\u00f3fona and Universidade Cat\u00f3lica, teaching some subjects in the Executive and MBA Programs.<\/p>

Mais tarde, em 2010, Filipe Nuno Carlos viria a ser membro fundador da PSTQB \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Testes de Software, assumindo o papel de Presidente at\u00e9 Mar\u00e7o de 2016. No universo do ISTQB\u00ae \u00e9 profissional certificado, formador acreditado e respons\u00e1vel por um Grupo de Trabalho.
